Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in the United States.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout based on your location. Typical delivery times are:

  • USA: 1–7 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs, local postal services, or peak holiday periods.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

While we are not responsible for shipping delays, we will assist you to the best of our ability if any issues arise.
